(can be adapted to suit)Leading a rather unassuming life —Nico was raised in Ishgard into a small working family, she was the youngest of her two siblings both of whom left to attend to their own destinies and adventures whilst youth was still on their side. Nico got a small job working in a forge as her father did and his father before- it was there she uncovered a burning passion for weaponry, craftmanship and the promise of adventure.Oh how she envied those who would come to claim their weapons, be it blade or bow, Nico knew she was meant for more, that she could help. One morning she would receive her wish in the form of a branded letter, the Eorzean alliance began requesting suppliers to move their operations to forward camps to aid the war efforts.Nico began her new apprenticeship under Cid Garlond — the best of the best.When Nico isn't spending her days swooning over Cid himself and marvelling at the Magitek she has helped to build, she herself is fighting for a better future.
